These images are checklists to know what was enough and what was lacking. I managed the store's all inventories. As shown in the following pictures, I checked how much stock was left and then ordered what was lacking. I did it at least twice a week. And when I finished these checks, I had to place an order and if there was any outstanding amount of the previous order, I would go to the bank and send the money which included outstanding amount and order amount.



In addition to inventory control, I had also taken care of employee salaries. The above pictures are part of what other employees at the cafe wrote down their working hours by date and time. At the end of each month, I had to look at those work schedules and calculate the minimum hourly wage and report to the boss.




Besides managing the café, I also did regular cafe work. I took orders from customers, made coffee and other drinks when the order came in, and cleaned and finished the store in closing time.
